Terms and Conditions

By using or registering on the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.

To register as a merchant on the platform, you must be a natural or legal person authorized to carry out commercial activity. You must provide accurate and truthful information upon registration.

The merchant must display genuine products matching the provided description. Counterfeit or illegal products are strictly prohibited. All images and descriptions must be accurate and clear.

Pricing and Monitoring: Merchants are free to set their own product prices, provided they are fair and reasonable. Any suspicious, anomalous, or potentially fraudulent pricing will trigger an administrative review and formal investigation by the platform's moderation team.

Commission Deduction: The platform deducts its standard commission on every order that has been successfully confirmed by the user.

Returns and Commission Refunds: If a user returns a product, the merchant must formally declare the return via their dashboard and submit valid proof. Following verification, the platform will refund the deducted commission to the merchant's account within a 30-day period.

Technical Notice: This manual declaration and refund system is a temporary measure implemented during the current phase, pending the full automated integration of shipping and logistics provider APIs.

Merchant Responsibility and Logistics: The merchant bears sole and full responsibility for the fulfillment, shipping, and delivery of orders, and must strictly adhere to the designated processing timelines. Since automated logistics and shipping API integration is not yet active on the platform, merchants are required to rely entirely on their own delivery bureaus or shipping agencies to manually manage and dispatch orders.

Delays and Non-Fulfillment Procedures: In the event of unexcused delays or failure by the merchant to dispatch a confirmed order, the platform will initiate intervention procedures. This involves direct communication with both the merchant and the user (if the user holds a registered platform account). Such instances may result in enforcement actions, including the temporary or permanent suspension of the merchant's account.

User Data Responsibility: The user is entirely and solely responsible for the accuracy, validity, and completeness of all personal data and information entered during the order process (such as full name, delivery address, and phone number). Neither the platform nor the merchant shall be held liable for delivery failures arising from incorrect data inputs.

Return and Exchange Policy: Merchants are strictly obligated to accept product returns or exchanges requested by the user within a maximum period of 15 days from the date of delivery. To exercise this right, the user must provide a clear and valid reason for the return or exchange (such as a manufacturing defect, product damage, or non-conformity with the platform's description).

Dispute Resolution and Mediation: In the event of any dispute or disagreement between the merchant and the user regarding a return or exchange, the platform will act as the sole and official mediator. The platform will review the case and the evidence provided by both parties to resolve the issue fairly. The final decision made by the platform's administration shall be legally binding on both parties.

All content, trademarks, and logos displayed on the platform are protected by intellectual property laws.

The platform provides its services "as is" without any express or implied warranties. The platform's maximum liability does not exceed the commissions paid in the previous 12 months.

Users may terminate their account at any time through account settings. The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Algeria.
